Role purpose

As our Product Growth Manager, you will drive the product roadmap for our digital platform and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable features that make investing simpler and more intuitive for thousands of Australians.

You’ll work directly with the Founder and CTO and focus on solving customer problems while prioritising initiatives that align with our strategic goals. This is a genuinely hands-on role in a B2C fintech where clarity, delivery and momentum matter.

The essential aspects of this role include:

• Acting as an ambassador for our customers. Your understanding of investments, super and pensions will help you build strong business cases and shape an innovative product strategy.
• Executing across the entire product lifecycle to bring the strategy to life in collaboration with the broader team.
• Owning the engineering roadmap across all product channels — including our website, blog, iOS app and Android app.
• Regularly engaging with customers, internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to build relationships and gather insights.
• Working closely with:
  • Engineering to manage our roadmap, introduce new technologies and continuously refine the product.
  • Marketing and UX/UI Design to deliver cohesive, consistent customer experiences and support growth objectives.
  • Investment Advice and Client Care to ensure we exceed customer expectations throughout their product journey.
  • Compliance, Operations and Client Care to continually improve accuracy, speed and efficiency.
• Delivering value using lean methods — testing and validating ideas quickly, and letting evidence guide decisions.
• Operating effectively within a highly regulated environment, with a clear appreciation of governance and compliance in financial services.

About you

• Passionate about the craft of product management — you keep up with industry thinking, best practice and global leaders in the field.
• A practical experimenter with at least 10 years’ experience in software product management, ideally including B2C.
• Skilled at breaking down customer problems, iterating quickly and delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Experienced at building rapport with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Excellent at project management and prioritisation — you know how to navigate endless ideas, opportunities and requests, and still focus on what matters.
• Comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative research to inform product direction and measure success.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and technology.
