Role Purpose
The Investment Advisor reports to our Head of Client Care & Advice and works closely with the broader team to support our ambition plans for Stockspot’s growth. To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and draw on your communication and problem solving skills to assist our clients and enable rapid growth of Stockspot.
What you’ll do
Provide general advice and account support to our retail clients over live chat, email and phone.
Provide detailed supporting information on our investment strategies to clients as requested.
Maintain and continue to grow our client net-promoter-score (NPS) by engaging with our clients with honest, thoughtful communication.
Collect and manage feedback from current and prospective clients to help grow and improve our product
Maintaining our website and live chat FAQs based on common questions
Support team members with key projects and product iteration.
What we are looking for
Highly passionate investment adviser who strongly advocates for doing right by the customer
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Enjoys being hands on and working in a dynamic environment with no task too big or too small
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including the ability to adapt communications to meet the needs of different audiences
Keen to deliver, learn, iterate and grow as much as we are
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Result-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes
Your Experience
Degree qualified
RG146 General advice qualified
Experience in providing account support to clients
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service
Excellent attention to detail

Our team works in a hybrid environment, which means Monday, Wednesday & Fridays, we come together in person to our centrally located CBD co-working office which allows in person collaboration, training, lots of opportunities to share food and regular team social events. Tuesday and Thursdays we work from home. Stockspot has many other staff benefits we would love to tell you about!
This role requires you to work in our Sydney CBD office and is not open to remote working applications.
