We are looking for someone who is passionate, articulate and interested in finance, who would like to join our team.  You will be surrounded by fantastic finance mentors to help guide you day-to-day  and we will support your ongoing professional development and financial education through FASEA's financial advice certifications. 

Stockspot offers a hybrid working environment with a blend of working in our centrally located CBD co-working office and working-from-home.  With many perks such as starting the week with our Monday breakfasts, fee-free investing for Stockspot staff, social events and summer Fridays meaning we wrap up at 2pm, we are the team to join!


The Role

  • Provide awesome care for all clients and respond to queries over live chat and email to continue to maintain and improve our net-promoter-score (NPS) by building loyal, engaged clients
  • Support clients onboarding for the first time onto our systems
  • Support the advice team with ongoing client administration
  • Maintaining our website and live chat FAQs based on common questions
  • Support marketing and sales activities by answering incoming queries
  • Maintain and improve our automated chat responses
  • Assist with sales and conversion targets, including outbound emails and calls to prospective clients who have questions or need assistance completing applications
  • Collect and manage feedback from current and prospective clients to feed into business improvements
  • Improving and documenting processes and policies including SLAs
  • Implement new and ongoing advice and compliance workflows
  • Support other team members with development/project opportunities

About You!

  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to wow clients
  • Attention to detail, highly organised and self driven to achieve goals
  • Experience with Google suite would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or studying one; ideally in a discipline such as Business / Commerce
  • An understanding of financial products and investment concepts is a huge plus 
  • Keen to undertake the training, with our support to gain compliance with FASEA (Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority)to gain your financial advice licence.
