Role Purpose
The Investment Advisor reports to the Head of Client Care & Advice and works closely with the broader team to support Stockspot’s ambitious growth plans.
To succeed in this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, drawing on your communication and problem-solving skills to support clients and contribute to Stockspot’s ongoing success.
What you’ll do
Provide administration and account support to retail clients via live chat, email, and phone.
Offer general advice on Stockspot’s investment strategies and asset allocations across Investments, Super, and Pensions.
Maintain and continue to grow our Net Promoter Score (NPS) through honest, thoughtful client engagement.
Gather and manage client feedback to help enhance our products and services.
Keep our website and live chat FAQs up to date based on common client questions.
Support team members with key projects, process improvements, and product iterations.
What we are looking for
A passionate investment adviser who always advocates for doing right by the client.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Enjoys being hands-on and working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment — with no task too big or too small.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Curious and eager to learn, iterate, and grow alongside the team.
Highly organised, with a disciplined and consistent approach to completing tasks.
A results-driven mindset, focused on delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
Your Education & Experience
Experience in administration and account support for retail clients within financial services.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
Proven ability to provide exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Degree qualified in financial services, commerce, or a related field.
